We are creating VR career development software that simulates different workplaces, we integrate roles within those workplaces in the simulation and enable students to perform in those roles through the use of our simulators. Through repeated use of the simulators, we use machine learning, and AI to provide feedback to the students/ job seekers while compiling a performance report that HR departments can use to hire candidates based on performance data. According to market research conducted we operate in the job training and career counseling industry and according to some patent research done by Syracuse Law on our behalf there is no one patent or invention that exists which incorporates all the elements of Prometheus Investors. We are not developing training software; we are developing performance software which enables job seekers to train with full autonomy and no guided choices which should provide more objective data that can be used by recruiters to more accurately assess candidates, and recruit based on that are relative to the roles that they are looking to fill.
