A fully functional Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to be transformative by advancing science and technology, by stimulating advances in chemistry creating new materials and new drags, revolutionizing manufacturing and retail, reducing risks in high-tech, exploration and mission planning, and improving decision making in governmental, banking and healthcare economy sectors. With AI, a significant part of decision-making tasks can be automated to reduce human errors thereby reducing mission failure risks. By taking the full advantage of annealing quantum computing, the proposed AI building platform offers a quantum leap in AI by enabling one to train the models “on the fly” on fast-evolving and fast-growing datasets and thereby significantly improving their prediction and classification functions. The project ultimately provides a powerful AI building tool for a broad array for applications ranging from fundamental science to research and design, to logistics, the internet of things, and national security
