Laursen; University of Copenhagen The study addresses a timely question pertaining to material selection and microcavity design in the context of establishing a universal platform for designing robust, high quality on-demand room temperature polariton condensates with low threshold operation. • In brief, we developed a way to make polariton lasers and polariton condensates in an easy and modular way using SMILES materials such that the lasers and condensates can be made with almost anycolor. The SMILES material also demonstrates higher damage threshold to laser power and superior performance at high pump power (low exciton-exciton annihilation).
