Disclosed are systems and methods for multi-modal data acquisition, scene analysis, and visualization. Methods in the
embodiments of the disclosure may include, but are not limited to, enhancement, multi-modal data fusion, classification,
segmentation, detection, recognition, scene analysis, and mixed-reality visualization. Embodiments of the disclosure may include a system that allow multi-modal data acquisition, enhancement, fusion, processing, visualization, and reporting. In a non-limiting example, in first responder and military technological applications, data analytic techniques may be used to improve vision, classification, and scene analysis systems that may lead to lower injuries/casualties, faster response, and better understanding of the situation.
Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to system and method that can acquire data and perform
automatic multi-modal data fusion. More particularly, the present invention relates to multi-modal data fusion of homogeneous and heterogeneous data. Some embodiments of the present invention also relate to system and method that can acquire data and perform automatic scene analysis. Some embodiments of the present invention also relate to a perceptual system that may infer properties of a physical environment based on scenes. More particularly, the present invention relates to enhancement, classification, segmentation, and detection/recognition. Some embodiments of the present invention also relate to visualization. Some embodiments of the present invention also relate to automatic damage cost estimation based on heterogeneous data.
