This concept is simply the application of smart contracts to IP licensing. It will remove the substantial overhead associated with the administration of license and other IP related agreements. It will be part of the Smart IP Transactions module. Many large companies have well-staffed divisions dedicated to this task and some even have business units just dedicated to auditing the administration of their licenses.
