It involves receiving a sequence of two-dimensional target images, enhancing, denoising, and reconstructing lost or deteriorated parts of images. Additionally, it consists of generating 3-D models images and mixed reality virtual models that represent a patient's musculoskeletal system (body's bones (the skeleton), muscles, cartilage, joints, tendons, ligaments, and other connective tissue). Furthermore, it comprises detecting, measuring, re-sectioning, remodeling, visualizing, monitoring, and creating implant of missing part of the body and bolting, and 3-0 printing patient-specific application. As well, generating electronic design files for the patient-specific implant and estimating the cost of a healthcare procedure.
