The application sits on a handheld device, such as IPad or mobile phone for lab inspector to enter inspection result. This reduces time and paperwork associated with the inspection. Users can self maintain the system without going through the system designer. For example, users can add/update/remove the following:
building, lab, violation category, violations associated with the category and email address of the Lab responsible person.
Reporting:
The reports are best viewed on a desktop computer. The reports can be viewed By Author, By Issues and By the Violation Breakdown by month. In addition, a dashboard was created to display information in a graphical format.
