Tv1 is a peptide discovered from venomous marine snail Terebra variegata that has shown in vitro application to prevent tumor proliferation in liver cancer cells. Tv1 selectively kills liver cancer cells versus normal cell. Tv1 would be used as a liver cancer therapeutic.
