IDEA #65RD5B Chess Clock Responsiveness Metric

For all of Ideations contracts (NDA's, Licenses etc) we could measure the mean time between response as with a chess clock. This metric can inform us internally , could be available to the user or even made public on the member's profile. This metric will also be integrated into the Smart IP Transactions module. There is a need for parties to a transaction to have some indication of the counterparties responsiveness particularly if there are several options for the counterparty. This innovation simply applies the principle of the chess clock to generate a metric for responsiveness and can be usefully applied in any transactional environment.
