RUBBER PAD DEVICE FOR STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION OF PREFABRICATED ELEMENTS5 AbstractThe invention relates to a rubber pad device for storage and transportation of prefabricated elements, comprising a cuboid-shaped pad body (1). The pad body (1) comprises a framework structure (11) and a hollow structure (12) for weight reduction.10 The pad body (1) has antiskid coarse surfaces, and are provided a dovetail wedge (2) and a dovetail slot (3) at both ends thereof respectively, for connecting a plurality of pad bodies (1) in an end-to-end manner. The pad body (1) with the dovetail wedge (2) and the dovetail slot (3) provided respectively at the ends thereof are manufactured as an integrated part through injection molding with plastic materials. The rubber pad15 device for storage and transportation of prefabricated elements of the present invention can be recycled for use, is more durable than wood beam, and need not be fumigated for export transportation. Therefore, the costs for fumigation and customs detection can be greatly reduced. Further, when it is fully broken, it can be recycled and is hence more environmental friendly.20(Fig. 1)
