The invention discloses an installation method of a prefabricated toilet, comprising the following steps of: D, leveling a floor (25), and laying a structure floorboard (26) on the edge of the floor (25); E, laying one layer of cement plaster (27) on the floor (25), then laying the prefabricated toilet and tightly clinging the prefabricated toilet to the cement plaster (27); F, from transverse reinforcements (18) extending from a baseboard unit (11) of the prefabricated toilet, building a bottom reinforcing mesh (42) tightly connected with the transverse reinforcements (18) on the structure floorboard (26), then pouring concrete on the bottom reinforcing mesh (42) so that the baseboard unit (11) of the prefabricated toilet is firmly combined with the structure floorboard (26) into a whole; and G, linking at least one wall body unit (12) of the prefabricated toilet with wall body units of adjacent floors in a vertical direction. According to the installation method, space can be saved so that indoor space of the prefabricated toilet is relatively large, and the prefabricated toilet has a firm and stable structure.
