The invention discloses a mold system of a building prefabricated member and a prefabricating method of the building prefabricated member. The mold system comprises a bottom layer mold unit (11), and at least one upper layer mold unit (12). An upper layer working platform (2) is arranged around the upper layer mold unit (12), the upper layer mold unit (12) is supported by supports (3), and one side of the upper layer mold unit (12) is connected with one of the supports (3) through a rotary shaft in a rotating mode to enable the upper layer mold unit (12) to be turned over upward from a horizontal state to a vertical state or to be turned over downward from the vertical state to the horizontal state. The mold system of the building prefabricated member is provided with at least two layers of mold units on a same site, and therefore use ratio of the site is improved, and production rate of the prefabricated member is greatly improved, and the mold system of the building prefabricated member is particularly applicable to regions with land resource shortage.
