Vibroacoustic system VAS – 1
Based on the developed methodology of stochastic oscillation
analysis with employment of modern elements of microelectronics and
corresponding software a moving system VAS - 1 for extraction and
processing of vibrosignals of rotation mechanisms has been created for
detection and prevention of emergency situations on tubrogenerators,
oil-transfer plants, drilling machines, diagnostics of rotating bodies,
electric engines, vibrdiagnostics, gas-compressor units, portal cranes,
electricity generating devices, etc.
The methodology of early diagnostics of the elements of mechanical
rotation systems is developed. It is based on the theory of non-
stationary random processes. It consists in extraction and statistic
analysis of vibratio process non-stationary
component that characterizes vibrations of the system defective
elements.
