TECHNOLOGY OF PRODUCTION OF FOAMGLASS BLOCKS Description The technology is based on the process of foaming powdery cullet under high-temperature. The process includes the following stages: washing of cullet, crushing and grinding, separation of needed fraction, mixing with other additives, filling the form, pre- heating, foaming in the kiln, cooling and annealing. Also, the technology of production of foamglass blocks from silica sand has been worked out.
