IDEA #58083K Novel Chemiluminescent System With Methods Of Rapid Analysis For Ozone Therapy

NOVEL CHEMILUMINESCENT SYSTEM WITH METHODS OOFF RAPID ANALYSIS FOR OZONE THERAPY Description • short duration of patient’s state control; The developed system contains: • low assay cost; LIFESCIENCES • MEDICALRESEARCH • universal medical ozonator “Ozon UM(cid:2)80”, development of the Institute of Ozone Therapy and Medical Equipment, Kharkiv, that has metrological certificate (? 08/19(cid:2)2 dated by 10.04.2003) and is registered by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health (certificate ?2578/2004 dated by 26.03.2004); • automated chemiluminescent complex for bioliquids investigation ChLC(cid:2)1 developed in Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics; • methodical software for patient’s diagnostics and treat(cid:2) ment. Software contains several units: interface programs for work of therapeutist and laboratory assistant, unit for organiz(cid:2) ing banks of therapy methods, methods of chemiluminescent investigation of biosamples, methods of chemilumenograms analysis, patients’ database, expert unit for diagnosing and formation of treatment strategy. Conjugation of therapeutic and diagnostic equipment allows organization of highly efficient medical system and increasing level of available medical services. The main technical parameters of the system’s elements are the following: Automated chemiluminescent complex ChLC(cid:2)1: • spectral range – 300 ч 650 nm; • sensitivity – not less than 104 quantum/s; • dynamic range – 9 orders; • thermal stabilization range – 30 ч 70 ?C; • temperature variation rate (cid:2) 3 ?C/min; • accuracy of temperature maintenance (cid:2) ±0.5 ?C; • stirrer type – electromechanical, orbital; • cell volume (cid:2) up to 10 ml; • power supply – 50 Hz; 220 V ± 20%; • maximal power consumption – 30 W; • mass – 8 kg; • dimensions – 275 ? 220 ? 320 mm; Universal medical ozonator “Ozon UM(cid:2)80” • ozone concentration – 0.2 ч 80.0 mg/l; • step of ozone concentration variation – 0.1 mg/l; • rate of ozone(cid:2)oxygen mixture supply – 0.25; 0.5; 1.0 l/min; • discharge chamber lifetime – 10000 hours (10 years); • embedded ozone concentration gage – present; • accuracy of ozone concentration measurement – less than ±5%; • power supply – 50 Hz; 220 V ± 10%; • maximal power consumption – 100 W; • working regime – 8 hours; • dimensions – 190 ? 420 ? 490 mm; • mass – 10 kg; Innovative Aspect and Main Advantages: The control of patient’s state during ozone therapy procedures is done by standard complex of clinical examinations that are based on several dozens of various assays and tests. This leads to high expenses and does not allow immediate control of ozone therapy influence on the patient’s organism. T h e advantages of the proposed technology are: • possibility of patient’s state monitoring. Additional advantage is the possibility of control of lipids per(cid:2) oxidation and ant oxidant system activity of the organism before and after ozone therapy. Application of this system will increase efficiency of ozone therapy due to adaptation of treatment scheme for each patient. Areas ooff Application Medical analysis and diagnosis technology Pic. 1.
