IDEA #9Z2YEM Equipment and methods for experimental evaluation of strength and fracture of pipes under hydrogen and natural gas pressure

Equipment and methods for experimental evaluation of strength and fracture of pipes under hydrogen and natural gas pressure The Laboratory is specialized on pipes tensile fracture in gas environments at high pressures and temperatures. Highly-qualified staff and unique equipment provides high precision and safety during testing. Tensile testing of pipes with different types of defects and welded elements in gas environments at pressures up to 300 MPa and temperatures up to 120°С; – fatigue strength testing of pipes; – testing of both metal and plastic pipes; – computer processing of test results using “Trakt” software that allows the prediction of further service life of operation. – tests are carried out in a specially equipped complex with holding all safety standards; – tests approach as close as possible the real operation conditions of pipelines and give very precise results. – nuclear and heat power plants; – oil and gas pipelines; – plants of oil and chemical industry; – plants that possess responsible long-term operation constructions. Produce theoretical and experimental investigations.
